hi does anyone know how far pubs and resturants are from the holiday village? and are there shops near by as well? cheers cath.

Hi Cath.
If your walking ,it will take you about 15min's or so .
If a cab, about 5 to 6 lira= £ 2.50. There;s lots of bars & shops in the village.My favourite is the Sarigerme bar,opposite Sarigerme tours,very friendly

Can anyone recommend a good restaurant in Sarigerme and that caters for kids aswell, We are going A/I to hol village but like to have a couple of meals out aswell.

The tas ev is good. It's on the main road if you were heading into Dalaman. You can't miss it 'cos it's the building with the grass roof. There is also a couple of good ones on the main Dalaman to Ortaca road, the Toprakana and Botanic Gardens are both good. All of these cater well for kids too.
