Steak House

Post  Carol on Fri May 16, 2008 3:21 pm

On our first visit to sarigerme ,we had been wandering around the resort trying to find somewhere to eat (and secretly hoping they might just have a mcdonald's somewhere) when we stumbled upon Steak House- under Dolphin Aparts and thought what the heck we're starving. As it turns out, the food was absolutely beautiful! I chose the steak with creamy mushroom sauce which I can only describe as divine! They had a fantastic selection of dishes and I only wish I could've tried them all. Following our meal, the owner came along and chatted with us and offered us turkish brandy (which we duly accepted) which arrived in a mammoth glass and was brilliant. He did this every time we went back! We tended to have 2 courses and a couple of cokes, and it was around £8 each which we considered bargainous especially given the quality of the food and the service. The restaurant itself is really pretty, they mainly use the garden outside , which is surrounded by trees and plants and generally extremely pleasant. Steak House was possibly one of my favourite things about my holiday in Sarigerme, I would definitely recommend that anyone visiting Sarigerme should definitely stop at Steak House , look for Dolphin Apart /Hotel and you will find Steak House ..

Hi Carol,

Thanks for your tip on the steak house, me and my family are going to Sarigerme on the 24th July for two weeks staying in the holiday village. This will be my 16th time to Turkey, and I am really looking forward to going somewhere that is not too busy. The steak house you visited sounds lush so we will certainly have a look out for it. Smile

We have just returned from the Holiday Village. Finding the food a bit repetitive at the hotel, we visited the Steak House which was fantastic. The food is great, the service is wonderful and the prices very reasonable. We had our 4 year old with us who thoroughly enjoyed playing in the attached park. She cried when we had to leave Turkey, saying that she was going to miss Mustafa, who is one of the young men who works in the Steak House, who gave her loads of attention and blew raspberries on her tummy ! Fantastic 10 out of 10 for the Steak House.
