DOLPHIN APARTS

Dolphin Aparts or Hotel looks nice on sarigerme.Net . We stayed last year (and the year before) in Holiday Village but this year we are considering to stay in smaller Hotel (less noise and budget reasons)...Does anyone can tell me a little more about this accomodation ?
e.g about its cleanleness, customer service ...
