I am allergic to mosquito bites and unfortunately the little blighters like to have a nibble. I was planning to take a mosquito net with me this year but I can't remember how high the ceilings are in the rooms as it will need to be attached in some way. Has anyone used one and how easy was it to set it up.

The beach is lovely though and has a breeze at all time. There was a problem with a virus in the hotel but we did not suffer ... it was just the unlucky ones but was quite bad as the medical centre was full and some people had to be transfered ... We went to Lara Beach last year and our hotel had one each week that they loved, great entertainment with flaming torches, fireworks, barbeque and a huge Baked Alaska !!
They also loved the bubble party held during the daytime.

The only restrictions on blue/orange are you have to eat in buffet restaurant on your side, but food is same on both anyway. Mozzies can be a problem. We got a few bites, make sure you buy their spray when you get there. It's called Sinkov. A couple of my bites swelled up quite big but don't be alarmed take plenty of antihistamine cream and tablets and it'll help. You can see doctor but he will charge £100 for antihistime injection ... It was one of the best, if not THE best, holiday ever. The place is very large, it takes about 10 mins stroll from one side to the other. We had a kids den and we were the Palace side (blue). The whole place is the cleanest I have ever seen. I think they must clean 24 hours a day. The garden are beautiful. The pools were spotless and I heard no reports ...
