I always use TL. I go to the Post Office to change my sterling, if I don't have time to go to the bank in Ortaca.
I don't understand why people ask for both! I certainly don't.
We don't expect to be paid in another currency in the UK, so why do we think its OK not pay in the currency of the country we are in?
