sun shade on the beach

can anyone advise if there is any cover from the sun on the beach.i have read there are no umbrellas allowed.

There are lots of sun beds with fixed umbrellas, however these belong to the different hotels along the beach. Failing that there are plenty of trees lining the beach so there is plenty of shade there. As regards taking your own umbrella I can't see a problem.
