Hi Carol , I did asked several chemist , been told that you can have cortizon injections (apparently there are several type ...) , it is not expensive , only up to few pounds per injection ..more or less every chemist do provide this service. Keep in mind that HV does have its little clinic unit, in case of need it may come very handy.I do not need to mention to you that doctors may charge you more (considirably more) then usuall chemist...This is all I can provide at this moment, hope this helps.
