AND IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR LEATHER GOODS , THE LEATHER SHOP NEXT TO HIS JEWELLERY SHOP IS ALSO HIS, WHY NOT HAVE SOMETHING MADE TO MEASURE ?...

ooh also , When I bring my gold back I always take it to my local jeweller who values it and gives me a certificate. This is in case I lose any of it and claim on my insurance ..guess what ,alot more money when valued..

broken jewellery

Post by doglover on Thu Apr 17, 2008 10:22 pm

Hi everyone,

Can I also suggest if anyone has any broken jewellery at all, that you bring it with you and have it repaired here in Turkey. They will do a fantastic job for a pittance in comparison with what they charge in Uk. (I know 'cos I used to work in a jewellers)

Atilla WHAT A NICE MAN!

Post by hsteer on Sat Jun 14, 2008 7:41 am

We,ve just got back from holiday staying at the HV. My husband was the first to meet Atilla (recommended to him by oz from Sarigerme tours).
Paul wanted a watch, Atilla showed him loads, and a very reasonable price was agreed on one. Paul was then offered some Turkish coffee but in the heat of the day Paul said he was of to get a beer! No problem Atilla said and before Paul knew a beer had appeared. Atilla and Paul chatted for about 45mins, mostly about the town and the HV, unfortunately the town seemed very quiet and this was a great shame. Atilla kindly invited Paul and his family(us) down the next night for the most delicious Turkish tea and Apple tea for the children. We said our Good-byes and promised to spread the good word about Sarigerme! If you are looking to buy excellent quality jewellery Atilla is the man to visit.
