Buying property in and around Sarigerme

My wife and I are looking to buy property in Sarigerme and would welcome advice from any UK people out there who have done just that. eg estate agent, good solicitors.

We are in the process of selling some of our land here in Cornwall UK for re-development. Would prefer to be near a marina/moorings.

I've had a property here for a few years now . It's the right place, i think.
Well where do you start, There's the estate agents of course, construction co,or you could ask around,ie Sarigerme Tours, Name of Apo.That's the owners name, a fe w of my friends have brought through him.
I brought through a constution company in Sarigerme, off plan, they do everything for you.

we have bought an apartment in Sarigerme few years ago.
the company is very reliable - the price you pay is all inclusive (no extra charges for solicitors, notaries etc).
you can buy off plan or an existing property.
they provide different services when you are not there (cleaning, winter watch etc).
