Renting a house in Sarigerme

Hi
Thinking of relocating to Sarigerme and would have to rent a house whilst we get organised.
Anyone have any ideas on how easy this is and how much rental is there. We would choose a 1 year contract.
2-3 beds as private and remote as possible.

firstly you do not have to make a 1 full year contract .
NEVER pay the full amount for the hole year. Pay in monthly rent. Reason being for my suggestion : You may not like the apartment or your neighbours in the coming months etc . Not that it will happen but at least you will be more flexible.
Yes you can find house or apartment for rent although the choice is not much i guess...
Price example : Deniz Bende Villas starts from 500 lira per month .. Easier to find towards to the end of season ..

Anyone out there who got more information ? Come on members !!

Yes I know I dont have to have a 1 year contract and would never pay the year in advance.
My Husband is Turkish and he would negotiate on any agreement.
We have been living in turkey some time now and are just thinking to change location.

Drop a line on Deniz Bende Villas section , just under the Akdeniz Villas .. I am sure someone will get back to you on this. Sofar as i know there are few members on this forum whom own property on denizbende villas ..
These properties are on the right handside as you enter the village just after the graveyard ..All sitting on the Hill ..some do require renovation but not all of them ..
If you can't get any answer from the forum members give me a shout and i will try to get a telephone number ( no promise) ....

remote as possible ? how about nearby villages such as Mergenli , Fevziye ..
these villages are 15 min. away from sarigerme. ... just an option

When do you want to rent a villa ? I have got friends here and they want to rent their Villa from September till June. I have got very nice seaview photos of this villa if interested.
