There is NOTHING to worry about , some of you must have read the reviews from 2005-2006 , since then things has changed ..
No building works going on , Both Hotels are superb !!!
Been there last week ...(we were staying somewhere else ,but wanted to see how it look like ,so did pay a visit )

I'm sure three years on everything will be fantastic, certainly looks good.
moral of the story.....never go to a brand new hotel!!
